What are my options if I need a new roof?

How long will my roof system last?

Most new roof systems are designed to last from 5 to 20 years or more, depending on the type of roof and the quality of materials used. Foam, slate, clay, and concrete tile and certain metal(e.g.copper) systems last longer. Asphalt shingles are the least durable.
